API to WordPress Plugin Not Working

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I noticed as of yesterday that the ‘Search for New Plugins’ is not giving me any results no matter what I enter. I even clicked on ‘Featured’, ‘Popular’ and ‘Newest’ and still no results.

Here’s what I have done so far:

Deactivated all plugins.
Changed theme to TwentyThirteen
Checked my host outgoing connection to make sure it’s not being blocked.

I am running on the latest version of WP = 3.6
My server PHP version is 5.3

Not sure what else to look for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
