Problem with mother site

Hi

Really tired after debugging for like 2 days but not found solution.

Problem like i have multisite with domain mapping, w3-cache plugin

I was switching server some mess happen and i come back to old server but now

My mother site not working oops error but my subsites are working well [when i ask my friend to another country it works ]

I search for solution it says some ip restriction so after 4-5 hr switch off router i try it master website and it works well and also working all subsites and there admin

but again after some time it same i can’t see my master website but subsites working well
