Hello. Question regarding the email that the visual form builder sends out… I have a really long form, with a large number (100+) fields. However, not all of the fields are required, and the average person doesn’t fill out the entire form.

Is it possible to remove the blank fields from the email we receive? The email that the VFB sends gets printed, and it would be ideal if it didn’t waste so much paper on empty fields.

Alternately, where would I look if I tried to manually edit the plugin to do what I want? Thanks for any help.

You can do this with the Pro version. There’s an option in the Settings menu to skip empty fields in the email.

Thanks. I couldn’t find that in the settings, but I did find code on your support site that I can add to my functions.php file which will do the same thing. I just didn’t realize it was possible at first.

    Appreciate the help.

Just so it’s clear, both the setting and the filter are only available in the Pro version.

    Glad to help!
