Network Admin Link is 404 Not Found

I just installed the multisite feature on my website http://www.peppermakepeace.com. The link from the top left menu to the Network Admin gives me the 404 error. If I click on MySites, it works because the link includes the /blog before the wp-admin/my-sites.php. But the Network Admin tab does not because the address does not include /blog before wp-admin/network. Before changing to a Network (over a year ago), I gave WordPress its own directory from a pre-existing subdirectory install into the directory /blog. If I manually type the /blog before the wp-admin/network/, it takes me to the Admin menu and all the links on that page in the lefthand menu include the /blog in their links. But when I try to add a new site, I get the 404 error again. I’m not sure how to address this problem. Can anyone help me please?
