RSS Feed not working

Hello! I am a total novice at all of this. My website is up and looking pretty ok. I’m not ready for it to go completely live, but no one knows my name yet, so I’m wanting to start SEO so we actually show up when people start looking for us. I do not come up when you search my website name (harpeth wellness, domain: harpethwellness.com). I have been researching this issue all day and found the site “ismyblogworking.com” When I type my information into this site, I get the following message:

Your RSS feed returned a 404 error.
Your robots.txt file is valid and allows search engines to index your content.
Your blog is not indexed by Google.

I put my info into google webmaster and it seemed to work correctly. I downloaded a the google XML site map plug-in and did what I thought I needed to do.

My biggest concern (I think…) is the RSS feed 404 error. I downloaded at plug in to fix that which didn’t work.

So I have a big mess : ). Is there anyone out there who can help me?
