wp-admin not working

Hi,
I’m a beginner so am wrestling though building my first WordPress.
I’ve built my site hosting it locally on my machine using MAMP.
I’ve successfully obtained a domain and some storage, but when I moved the site over to the hosting site I am no longer able to access the dashboard.
When I type my URL with /wp-admin, I get:
Any advice on how I can get back into my sites Dashboard would be really helpful.
