but I still can’t get in to the themes or my pages.

My dashboard is now only showing Home, Posts, comments,users and tools.
Previously my dashboard had the same plus, themes,pages etc… I cannot get in to Edit any of my pages. My plugins are also gone. I have a back up copy how do I restore it ?
this is the error message that i get in the dashboard……
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home3/alpineso/public_html/wp-includes/SimplePie/Item.php on line 2736
Too hard I am only a beginner! there must be simpler way…
You can try asking your hosting company for help with this – who is that, BTW?
crazydomains they are not interested they told me to go to word press as it it not their problem…. not happy!
