Add hotspot to header

Hi all,

I want to add a button to the header of mij wordpress site (mad a childtheme belonging to twentyeleven theme).
The question is not how to make a hotspot but how/were do I implement this in my WordPress code?
Or is there another better/easier way to make a small piece of the header point somewere else than “home”.

Hope someone can help me.
