Plugin Conflict with Use Google Libraries

Thanks for the great plugin! It works great except for one issue.

When ‘Use Google Libraries’ plugin is installed and activated and you are on the admin screen and trying to edit a setting of a form the save function will not work.

I get this javascript error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘jquery’ of undefined”. Thus all off the javascript is broken on the admin page. This is the only plugin that I have found to have this problem.
