WordPress to Main Site

got this problem since i was starting to write and post some events for my blog goes to my site…

my problem is, i want to post only the content not the full frame of the blog site… only the title and post will be there at my site…

eg. i type a title to my blog and write a post. i saved it and i publish it. now i want to re-locate it to my front page of my site where the only thing you will see is the title [or not even the title] and the post.

here the example of what i am trying to say…
