JavaScript Scrollbars

I’m using this awesome plugin but i don’t get why the JavaScript Scrollbar doesn’t work.
I already tried 2 JS Scrollbar plugins.. but both doesn’t work when i activate the Advanced AJAX Page Loader Plugin..

can somebody tell me why this is not working and how i can fix it?
