I’ve already read similar issue but I’m unable to replicate this; if you can give us step by step guide on how we can replicate this would be great.

Well all i have done is submit an event, but later find it replicated several times with replicated locations too

Are you simply clicking the publish button? Or using the return key perhaps?
Have you tried the standard troubleshooting method of disabling plugins and themes to check for a conflict?

just submitting testing on local copy see if iy happens again.

think i replicated locations, if i edit the location after one being submitted, it updates it but also leaves the old location.
