where is nggallery.css?

    @ivank123: We’ve shifted the default location to wp-content/ngg_styles/nggallery.css. It was previously in the theme folder, but that wasn’t all that safe against theme updates or changes.

    You can also add custom styles directly via the admin area by going to Gallery > Other Options > Styles and clicking advanced. If you save that, it will create the nggallery.css file at the location above.
