Error Message : Couldn't resolve host 'greenwing.aero'

I successfully created a backup at http://www.greewning.aero/wp-admin using Chrome browser and then logged in on Safari browser and went into http://www.greenwing.eu/wp-admin

I installed the plugin there.

I then gave it the restore URL I was given
http://greenwing.aero/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone/wpclone_backup_14th_Aug_2013_07-14AM_Gre_CHANGED_FOR_SECURITY.zip

I then got this error message:-

The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following error message was returned:
Error Message : Couldn’t resolve host ‘greenwing.aero’

Temporary files created in /var/www/vhosts/vps-1016091-1517.smarthostnet.com/site3/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted.

I tried again with
http://www.greenwing.aero/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone/wpclone_backup_14th_Aug_2013_07-14AM_Gre_CHANGED_FOR_SECURITY.zip

and still no good.
Any ideas ?
