Before asking for plugins it is always beneficial to study the admin panel of the tool we are using 🙂
admin > Options > Discussion: Before a comment appears: etc.
Yeah… I know that and I’m using that feature of wordpress. You see, I have this very sensitive post and I want all of the comments to go under moderation for that post only.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work differently for just certain single posts. It is all or nothing. Sorry that I misread the OP.
You could temporarily change the moderation settings for the whole blog. And then just switch it back after the heat has died down. That’s what a lot of people do.
