I am creating a network of sites for my youth group. I have used WordPress to build other sites but I have never used Multisite. I followed the direction in the Codex to install a fresh copy of WordPress on the DreamHost servers. Then I activated Multisite and did the configurations. The parent site, http://youthatfbc.org, is working great. I need to add pray.youthatfbc.org so I added the subdomain in DreamHost panel and fully hosted it. I added the site to WordPress and nothing. Help!! Did I miss a step? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks a bunch!

    That’s probably what’s wrong 🙂

You want pray.youthatfbc.org to MIRROR youthatfbc.org

I have been fiddling with this for a couple days now and it seems like more of a headache than anything. I will just stick with 2 installations. Thanks for your help though!!

Sure thing. Lots of people feel that way about Multisite, to be honest 🙂
