Hello,

I’ve contacted the creators of the template I’m using for my clients website, because the menu on the responsive version is not working at all. They respond to me that their coding team founded this:

there is a conflict with the jQuery mega menu and the WooCommerce plugin

They told me to contact the support from WooCommerce to get help.

Anyone can help?

Switch your theme to 2012 and see if your error goes away. I am not talking about your mega menu. I am talking about the JS error you currently have on your site which relates to why your mega menu is not working. If the error goes away, then it is your theme issue. As in your theme may not support WC or not support WC’s latest versions.
