A plugin to create image frames?

    I am trying to find a plugin which has the shortcodes to place frames around images in pages or posts. Something which has a range of shadow and reflection type effects, or mimics the way photos used to be stuck into albums.

    I’m using wp 3.6.

    Does anyone have any recommendations?
