click on categories view thumbnails?

Hi, my website is betterdecoratingbible.com

I would like to make when you click on the categories at the top nav bar on my website, that the posts show up as thumbnails, not show the full post (similar to what they are showing up in the right widget bar). How can I achieve this?

I am using twenty ten theme (working on setting up a child theme)
