subdomain

Hi
I have done the network setting according to codex an it works. I have done a subdomain but it displays my hosts theme ( head of bluehost theme) instead my theme. and when I want open the subdomain dashboard I get the ffolowing:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

wath is wrong. I have checked the wild card with my host it is correct.
