Images jumping

Hello,

I created a slideshow with this tool and added it into my theme on the top of the page.
The images are showing up, but when the images are fading, they are starting from a lower position (outside of the slideshow-container) and change to the position they have to be. So there is just a white space, when the fade stars, until the image is on the right position.
