Internal Server Error

    Hi, I’ve just attempted to send out my monthly newsletter and I got an Internal Server Error. It was able to send to about 2,500 subs only. I’ve got 10,600 subscribers, so obviously this isn’t going to work for me. I tried about 8 times on different days, but each time it ended up with an error and in the Reports showed a number between 1,500 and 2,800. The newsletters that did go out look great, but I need *all* my subs to get one. Can you help or advise? Thanks!

    Most likely it’s your hosting provider blocking you. Check with them on their sending limits.

    Our pro version also has the option to send through 3rd parties which would also solve that problem.

    They tell me they’re not limiting me (beyond 300 emails an hour but I’ve got it set up to send 100), but I’m still thinking with 10k plus subs, maybe I need to send through a 3rd party. I’ll sign up for the pro version and try out SES, which appears to be pretty reasonable (hopefully I’ll be able to manage the connection with my limited IT capability).
