I made a few products, and it automatically links to a page called product, so example product/cooking-pot
But i dont have the page named product, how do i edit the product page?

This is build-in plugin pages (if I can say like that). So, when you open product page – you will see plugin template. To read more about plugin structure – you can see this http://docs.readyshoppingcart.com/category/codex/ .
