Redirect Advertising Page

Hi all,

I’m looking for how to create a page that has one advertisement one it similar to adfly and if you visit the Forbes site (for the first time).

It would then have the option to continue to the my site and redirect to site after 5 seconds or so.

Is there already a plugin for this? I don’t even know the term for this, redirect advertising?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
