Developer – Are these possible?

Hi, this plugin looks great and 95% completes all my requirements. I have it up and working with WP 3.6 and the latest Contact Form 7.

I have a couple of additional requirements:

1) Using datatable shortcode and have it displaying front-end exactly like the admin form. Is there a way search between dates submitted, so for example ‘show all entries for April’ – maybe as a drop-down or using two datepicker UI’s from jQuery UI? I can sort by Date Submitted, but it would be nice to strictly display and sort within a date range.

2) Would the best way to add a unique ID or ref number to each entry (for searching) be to use the time_submitted method? I already have time submitted in there, but it’s displayed as ‘9th August 2013 12:02am’ – which is great. Is there a way to create a new ID like ‘LED1234’?

3) How does pagination work if you had 100000’s of entries?

4) I saw this post regarding preventing duplicate entries. Could this be used to limit duplicates by IP?
