A white box appears on Construct theme

I’m seeing a white box on each page of my Construct site and received this advice from them…. Really sorry about this. It seems there was a conflict with an older version of the Colorbox jQuery plugin and WP v3.6. To fix, simply replace the old version with the new one. Open up this file… /js/jquery.colorbox.js and delete all of the code and then paste in all of this… https://raw.github.com/jackmoore/colorbox/master/jquery.colorbox.js

I checked and turned off all my plug-ins. The problem stayed. I went to my FTP and found the file they refer to. I deleted it. The problem stayed. I’ve been on their forum and there’s simply no response. I’ve searched this forum and there is a thread but there’s no response to my posting. PLEASE HELP.
