Disable Mobile version?

    Hello,
    i want to disable the mobile version or make sure that tablets see the desktop version. Is there a way to configure that?

    also i have a problem to redirect the www subdomain.

    if i go with my mobile wo http://www.uwingu.de then i get the wordpress mobile verion
    if i go to http://uwingu.de with my mobile i get the redirect…
