Meta Descriptions Per Category?

    Go to Posts/Categories from Dashboard menu (Not WordPress SEO plugin settings)
    Select edit from under each category title
    Look for “SEO Description:”
    Add your category description in this field.
    Any entry for a category (or tag) should over-ride any category-wide Yoast plugin template setting.
