I’m using Mac OSX 10.8.3 with Google Chrome on the latest WP 3.6.
Love your plugin and would like to continue using it. The dev version of my website is still on WordPress 3.5.1 and does not have this issue so I assume it’s something to do with the new core update.
Strange, I’m also on OS X and using Chrome, and I don’t get any errors.
Exactly when does this happen? Is it when you’re editing a post and click the “+ Add”-link at top of the fieldgroup?

Yes, only when adding a field by clicking “+Add” above the fieldgroup.
I see it’s suddenly happening on the dev version of my website as well. Busy eliminating the plugin that is causing the conflict. Thanks!
Somehow narrowed the conflict down to this plugin ->

Simple Fields works fine when it’s not activated.
RESOLVED -> rolled back to an earlier version of the NextGen Gallery plugin. Seem a lot of people are having conflicts after the update to that plugin.
Keep up the good work with your great plugin!
