Center my blog please

Hi
I have worked on CSS before and I have centered pages working fine on all screen resolutions and browsers. But my pages in
http://www.redcarpetlooks.com just dont seem to get it. I used percentage instead of pixels in my Stylesheet.
When viewing it in lower resolutions, there is a ugly horizontal bar and black space at the left side.
Please help. I have to resolve this immediately.
