Is there a way of exporting the settings to reimport again on a clean install of WordPress? Couldn’t find any mention of this on the website.

unfortunately this isn’t possible at the moment however did you mean the EM settings only or it includes your events?

for settings only, you’d need to copy the settings in the wp_options table via SQL

all our settings are stored prefixed with em_ or dbem_
