where to find new admin url

So I think the issue is my own stupidity. I used Better WP to change my admin URL and have forgotten it. I assume that is the problem, alternatively something may have gone wrong with the plugins changes (personally I think it is my stupidity).

So assuming I have just forgotten, how would I go about finding what I changed it to? Would I look somewhere in my hosting? I spoke to bluehost and they said they can’t find my login area and that I should ask the plugin makers. So here I am.
