Recent posts feed on outside website

I have created http://bodywraps.net on Expression Engine and http://bodywraps.net/blog on WordPress. I want to have a recent posts widget or embed on the main site for the most recent 2 or 3 posts on the blog.

Does anyone know of a simple solution to help me with this?
