black bars top and bottom

My default is the actual size – 1280x720px. I click responsive as I am using woothemes rreponsive theme. I set the height in the shortcode to width=”1280″ height=”720″. My poster is also 1280×720.

I get black bars top and bottom. Tried a few things, no luck so far.
