Bloated wp_options "displayed_galleries_"

    I have 52760 entries of “displayed_galleries_” in my db. It is 50MB right now and that cannot be good..

    I have the latest version of NextGEN Gallery installed.

    Is it ok to just remove all the “displayed_galleries_” entries in the db?
