I checked the website and everything seems ok, can you point the url of the images that present the issue?
Hi Marco, I’ll check it out tomorrow after we get high-speed Internet. We just recently moved and so I’ll need to look at it again when my speed is faster than dial-up.

They are getting squished or distorted so much. I’ve tried it in Firefox 24.0 and Chrome 30.0.1599.69m and am still getting the issue. (IE10 won’t load the images at all.)

I see this now, sorry I thought you were referring to the top header.
Have you tried playing with the zoom factor settings? Like instead of using 1.25x use 2.00x?
It has been set to 1.25 for the past year. It just seems like the last upgrade of the Cimy Rotator caused the issue. I tried setting it to 1.1, and you can see the results on the site now but it is still having the same issues.
Which version you had before it broke?
I believe it was 6.1.0; just the one prior.
I downloaded some of your pics and reproduced the problem locally, here are my findings so far:
1. does not seem a regression, I went back till v5.0.0 (released two years ago) and the problem still reproduces.
2. it seems a problem with the size of the images (vertical vs horizontal) and in particular with “From TOP LEFT” and “From BOTTOM LEFT”. If you disable these two, then it should not reproduce.
I’ll see if the fix is easy.
OK, thanks for checking into it. I’ve changed how the images appear at this point using your plugin so I’ll wait to hear from you regarding the fix later. Thanks again!
