tags mess up my post format?

How come when I put an h2 tag on some text it makes spacing issues? For example, where it says “How much Caffeine is too much” i put h2 tags around it and it created all that blank space above it, whereas if I take those tags out, it wraps very nicely with the picture and there’s no block of space there.

Anyone have a solution?
