Fixed Header – For Beginners

    Dear Members,

    Very New to website design…..self taught over last 4 months and jus getting to grips with html!

    Installed Simplify theme to http://www.transformandsucceed.com now please can someone assist me on how I configure a fixed header so that when I scroll down my navigation bar stays fixed I have tried to follow instructions but really require a step-by- step for beginners…with this theme.
