FTP error while trying to upload plugin on WP 3.6

    Seems there might be an ftp problem in WP 3.6. When trying to upload new plugins via backend admin -> plugins -> install i get an ftp timeout and error message: Kann nicht mit FTP-Server xxxx.de:21 verbinden (can not connect with ftp server xxxx.de). testet ftp n filezilla. all working. checked ssl. same.
