Did you activate Folder Gallery Plugin ? What shortcode do you use for the gallery ?

i have both images sitting in the folder and folders with images..
nothing shows up!
No conflicts with any other plugin..

Sure: There’s no pictures “wp-content/uploads/MyPictures” but only folders.
You have to use, fi, [foldergallery folder=”wp-content/uploads/MyPictures/3rd%20Hindustan%20Times%20Shine%20HR%20Summit%20(366745800093414)” title=”My Picture Gallery”]
But you should avoid using “spaces” (%20) in paths.

Not sure, but I assume it’s because you use WP 3.4.1 while FG requires 3.5+
