Unless I am blind and somehow missed it, I’ve read that 3x and do not see anything related to the issue I have.
the widgets in the administrator dashboard all reverted back to the default on all sites.
Which admin dash? /wp-admin/ for all sites, or /wp-admin/network/ ?
How did you change ’em to begin with 🙂
Hey Mika,
Sorry, should’ve been a little more descriptive… the admin dashboard in /wp-admin/ for all sites. We just simply configured the widgets to pull in our RSS feeds using this feature: http://codex.wordpress.org/Dashboard_Screen#Expanding.2C_Collapsing.2C_and_Editing.2C_Modules
We used a default blog template plugin to then replicate that configuration throughout all of our new (recent) sites, but the upgrade defaulted all the RSS feeds back to “WordPress Blog” and “Other WordPress News” on all of the sites.
Hope that makes sense. Thanks.
Huh. None of those changed on my installs, which is why I was surprised (I removed the QuickPress and other things for example). So I wonder if you have a plugin that’s causing that.
Did you just edit them, or did you use the API to make new widget boxes for them?
