Sitemap error… used a validator

I got the next two errors checking with http://www.automapit.com/sitemapvalidator.html my sitemap. http://www.masamagra.com/sitemap.xml
“Invalid URLs present. The domain does not match the URL submitted. You submitted [www.masamagra.com] and [http://masamagra.com/tag/tips/] was found in your sitemap. The Sitemap Protocol forbids this from being in your sitemap. You may have to add or remove the www. from the URL above and you may want to make sure that all of your URLs use the exact same domain name.
Invalid URLs present. http://www.masamagra.com/sitemap.xml contains URLs that are not allowed. This alert is usually triggered when your sitemap is loaded to a subfolder of your site and it actually contains URLs from other folders. Another common issue are secure URLs in your sitemap. All URLs in your sitemap must be from folders below your sitemap and start out with http://www.masamagra.com.”
