I’m having a difficult time getting started with WP. I’m only working locally at the moment. (localhost/website name) I have the main folder, but WP is installed the subdirectory in that main folder. I installed the Mio theme, and I saved all of my permalinks to default on wp-admin. I also installed the woocommerce plugin since I’m working on an e-commerce website. My homepage says 404 Error. All other pages are functioning. This is what I’ve done so far to try to fix it:
I pasted these commands in my terminal:

    sudo a2enmod rewrite

    sudo gedit /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default

Then I changed ANYTHING that says “AllowOveride None” to “AllowOverride All”.

    Now restart Apache:
    sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

After I restarted Apache, I refreshed my website and it was completely broken with an Internal Server Error.

I have no idea how to fix this. I’m trying to dig and find the answers, but I’m having the hardest time.

Can anyone please send me some solutions?
