Can't access dashboard

    When you get FTP set up, start by deactivating all plugins by changing the name on the plugins folder:

    wp-content
    pluginsHOLD

    If that does not work, rename the current theme you are using:

    wp-content
     themes
         yourthemenameHOLD

    Hi bachelorrecaps,
    I am the author of the Easy Sign Up plugin. I can guarantee you that the plugin is not the cause of your issue with logging in.

    Follow WPyogi advice and you’ll be sorted out in no time.

    Thanks! Andrew, you’re right, it was definitely not the Easy Sign Up plugin – just my own carelessness in fiddling around with my theme 🙂
