Do you mean the links in the sidebar? Try using the link-manager plugin. It come’s with a widget to show the links: http://wordpress.org/plugins/link-manager/
Hi. Thanks for your reply.
No, I mean an actually post where the title has a link to an external website. For an example, go to this demo page and scroll down to the post that’s called “Astronomy Picture of the Day”.

This was somehow done by using the “Link” format. By default, this format adds a post without a title. I’d like to make use of a title but with an external link.

I think that is a link post format:

When you’re editing or publishing a post you can choose what format the post should be.

I understand but again, by default, this creates a post without a title. I am wanting to have a title. This title itself would link to an external site. As stated in your link above,
“An alternative approach could be if the post consists only of a URL, then that will be the URL and the title (post_title) will be the name attached to the anchor for it.”
How do I accomplish this?
The link Post Format you’re talking about is simply a normal link that I’ve added to the content and styled as a h2. You’ll find that the link isn’t the title of the actual post.
Wow. How did I miss this? Told you it was a dumb question.
Thanks!
BTW, I love the theme. I’ve been searching for months for something simple. I have used several free and premium themes but have never been satisfied. I really think I can build on yours.
Thanks,

No probs. And thanks. Glad you’re enjoying the theme 🙂
