It is not possible to say because your hosting plan might have limitation.
For example…Go to https://cpanel.net/demo/ ; click cpanel Demo button. You will looged in kind of this url :
http://x3demob.cpx3demo.com:2082/cpsess6079241656/frontend/x3/index.html?post_login=39186137811073
Under Domains, there is Addon Domains option. Clicking that will give you the option to add your new domain.
That is said. Officially we can not provide any support for cpanel. cpanel is a paid software (not under GNU GPL 2.0 or 3.0). We can only provide support for the WordPress part. Hardly only the basic of installation part. That part is written in docs.
There is separate cpanel docs :

Off topic for a minute:

Thanks for chiming in and providing support but that’s not strictly speaking correct.
Instructions and support of different non-GPL environments is provided and you can support that if you want to. For example the instructions in the Codex even support Microsoft Windows and that’s really not GPL compatible.
If you can provide a cPanel answer (I’m more a roll your own VPS or dedicated server guy myself) then that’s fine here if it’s in relation to a WordPress installation.
Now I return you back to the regularly scheduled support topic…
