Edit the text wp_register makes.

Hello, I have this PHP code in my sidebar.php:

<?php wp_register(”, ”); ?>

When i use this code, this text appears: “Registrer”, with a link to the registration page.

I want it to be “Ikke registrert?”. How can i arrange that?
