a plugin with custom posts(fields) to email form?

hard to explain but i will try.

i set up custom post type and made a form in frontend. so visitors can write the post (custom post type which i set up).

i can check the posts written by visitors.

there is an input box in frontend form for email address so visitors can leave their email address.

here is i want.

i want to send emails to visitors in my admin page when i check and watch the posts written by visitors in my admin page.

i want to send my email left by visitors whenever i want.. one by one.

is there anything that can bring me to the form so i can write the email left by visitors? in admin page?
