How to link new create wordpress page

    I just created a new login.php page at my themes folder. How am I going to link to my login.php at my themes folder via button?

    i did using this way to do it but seem it doesn’t make sense.

    Giving “a href” for the button and give my login.php folder location. For example /wp-content/themes/mythemes/login.php

    But once I clicked on the button and it show

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\xampp\htdocs\ovolo-dev\wp-content\themes\mythemes\login.php on line 7
