    I am totally and completely new to WordPress and I’m having some difficulty troubleshooting why the slideshow images aren’t resizing to an iPhone (I haven’t tested it with another mobile device). I’m hoping someone can help me?
    I am using the Nextgen slideshow gallery on the site.
    Here is the site: http://www.pointofviewnantucket.com

    Any help would be incredibly appreciated. Thanks!

  • The theme is fixed width – this in that section:

    .content-sidebar #content, .sidebar-content #content {
        width: 600px;
    }

    For help with the theme settings/options, you should consult with StudioPress – as they provide support for their commercial themes.

    Thanks WPYogi 🙂 Maybe I just should change the %? I’m not so sure it’s a theme issue – before the NGG I was using the WP gallery and it was sizing just fine…..I’ll post in Studiopress too, see if they have any answers.

    No response from Studiopress…..but I’ve done some homework and have found that Agent Press may not offer a responsive theme….which explains why my slideshows are looking all wonky.
    Is there any way to have mobile devices to automatically view the desktop version for now?

    Isn’t that what’s happening already? Or are you using JetPack mobile? If so, try turning that module off.

    I ended up talking with a seasoned WP friend of mine who told me to nix the Negtgen gallery, opted for a better-functioning gallery plugin called Portfolio Slideshow.
